Prosecco Cocktail - Raspberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch Cocktail for a Crowd

Let’s start at the beginning: Prosecco

Basically, Prosecco is just sparkling white wine from Italy (Champagne is sparkling wine from France), and it’s a bit more affordable than the real-deal Champagne. In this recipe, I use a Rosé Prosecco, but you could certainly sub it out for a regular Prosecco if you can’t find the Rosé.

What’s Limoncello?

Next to mozzarella, this is the Italians’ second most brilliant creation. It’s an intensely flavored lemon liqueur that has its origins in the Amalfi Coast. Lemons from the Amalfi coast. Made into a liqueur?!? Heaven. Just heaven.

Easy Summertime Cocktail: Raspberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch

Combining Prosecco, Limoncello, and a little Cran-Raspberry juice creates a light and flavorful splash of summertime bliss. Whether you’re hosting a baby shower or a BBQ with friends, this easy cocktail is the perfect summer champagne punch for a crowd!

If you’re looking for a wine punch for a baby shower or a modern punch recipe for a wedding, then look no further! This is beautiful and feminine, and (most importantly) SUPER EASY! The ladies are going to be sucking this down. PROMISE!

Added touch: You can freeze the raspberries and lemon slices ahead of time if you want! This will keep the drinks chilled without watering down the Prosecco!

Single Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail recipe is for a crowd, but you can certainly make it for one! I used a wine glass, but you can get fancy and use a flute. Here’s how to break it down by glass:

Using a traditional wine glass:

Combine 1 ounce of Limoncello and 1 ounce of Cran-Raspberry juice in your glass. Fill remaining glass with Prosecco. Add raspberries & lemon slices as desired.

Using a Champagne Flute:

Combine ½ ounce of Limoncello and ½ ounce of Cran-Raspberry juice, then fill your glass with Prosecco. Add raspberries & lemon slices as desired.
