You’ll be hard pressed to find a more FALL bevvy than Apple Cider Mimosa. It’s the perfect tasty fall cocktail for any holiday event: brunch, apps, or full meal gatherings.
Apple Cider Mimosas are such a festive way to get into the holiday spirit. They’re packed with flavor, but not too sweet. And, it’s a great holiday twist on a classic favorite.
I mean, who doesn’t love a mimosa?
Apple Cider Mixer
Cider is busting from the seams in grocery stores right now, and if you’re not into the big cup of hot apple juice then you’ve gotta try this!
It packs a ton of holiday spice to your secco, but it’s not overly sweet. So, if you’re like me & can’t handle too much sweet in your cocktail, then this won’t disappoint.
Prosecco Cocktails
The thing about Prosecco is that it’s bubbly and festive. You just can’t go wrong with sparkling white wine as a base for a holiday drink.
There are so many inexpensive brands out there, and you can always splurge and go high-end. But, I must say, me & Trader Joe’s are besties this time of year because of their abundance in cheap secco.
Pick a few options and see which brand suits you best!
Apple Cider Mimosa

Fall's best cocktail couldn't get any easier than this fun take on a fall mimosa.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Apple Cider
- Prosecco (or any sparkling white wine)
- Optional: Fresh Frozen Cranberries
Instructions
- Add apple cider (cold) to your champagne flute or wine glass.
- Top with Prosecco to the top.
Notes
If you're using a wine glass instead of a flute, then you will want to only fill the glass half way with Prosecco (or double the amount of cider).
