Summertime is here, and this refreshing three ingredient Raspberry Lemonade Rosé Prosecco Punch cocktail will keep your guests tickled pink at your next BBQ!

Let’s start at the beginning: Prosecco
Basically, Prosecco is just sparkling white wine from Italy (Champagne is sparkling wine from France), and it’s a bit more affordable than the real-deal Champagne. In this recipe, I use a Rosé Prosecco, but you could certainly sub it out for a regular Prosecco if you can’t find the Rosé.

What’s Limoncello?
Next to mozzarella, this is the Italians’ second most brilliant creation. It’s an intensely flavored lemon liqueur that has its origins in the Amalfi Coast. Lemons from the Amalfi coast. Made into a liqueur?!? Heaven. Just heaven.

If you’re looking for a wine punch for a baby shower or a modern punch recipe for a wedding, then look no further! This is beautiful and feminine, and (most importantly) SUPER EASY! The ladies are going to be sucking this down. PROMISE!
Added touch: You can freeze the raspberries and lemon slices ahead of time if you want! This will keep the drinks chilled without watering down the Prosecco!

Single Cocktail Recipe
This cocktail recipe is for a crowd, but you can certainly make it for one! I used a wine glass, but you can get fancy and use a flute. Here’s how to break it down by glass:
Using a traditional wine glass:
Combine 1 ounce of Limoncello and 1 ounce of Cran-Raspberry juice in your glass. Fill remaining glass with Prosecco. Add raspberries & lemon slices as desired.
Using a Champagne Flute:
Combine ½ ounce of Limoncello and ½ ounce of Cran-Raspberry juice, then fill your glass with Prosecco. Add raspberries & lemon slices as desired.

We are hosting a baby shower for 40 guests. How many servings would this recipe provide? I’m not sure how many batches to prepare.
Love this for a baby shower! Servings depend on how heavy you poor & if you use ice (I like to freeze juices in cute icetrays for baby showers!). This will serve 6 people who like a plastic champagne flute or two filled. But, if you add ice you could stretch it. I typically like to single batch this if I’m not sure how many will partake. Keep all the ingredients chilled for making a second batch. However, if you know your ladies are gonna swarm this bevvy, then I’d go ahead and double batch. Keep any extra ingredients in the fridge for batch #3. Two other things to keep in mind: the fun part of prosecco cocktails are the bubbles. Double batching could lead to a decrease in the bubbles. This is where knowing your audience is key at a party:) Also, if you keep this as the “signature” cocktail on a table with chilled secco, wine, etc. then you’ll be able to stretch it too. Some may opt for other bevvys. Good luck! Let us know how it turns out!
Thanks for the info! Very helpful!!
My pleasure! Let us know how it turns out:)
